基于容错技术的珍珠岩混料系统设计

【摘要】:工业自动化过程控制中常使用容错技术来提高系统可靠性,但这样增加额外的制造成本。结合工程经验与企业实际,对珍珠岩混料系统的关键工艺进行冗余设计,同时利用三级故障检测与分离技术来定位故障源并设计容错控制器。通过容错控制器最大限度保障小故障"在线"修,大故障"离线"修,提高了混料系统的可靠性,同时减少了企业的成本投入。
[Abstract]:Fault-tolerant technology is often used in industrial automation process control to improve the reliability of the system, but this increases the additional manufacturing cost. Based on the engineering experience and the actual situation of the enterprise, the redundant design of the key technology of perlite mixing system is carried out, and the fault source is located and the fault-tolerant controller is designed by using the three-stage fault detection and separation technology. The reliability of the mixing system is improved and the cost input of the enterprise is reduced by ensuring the "online" repair of the small fault and the "off-line" repair of the big fault to the maximum extent by the fault-tolerant controller.
