产品定制系统的通用性研究

【摘要】：随着科技与经济的发展，产品生命周期缩短、客户需求的多样化和市场竞争的日益白炽化促使了大批量定制生产模式的产生。大批量定制的核心是为客户提供多样化产品的同时，尽量减少企业内部多样化，以降低产品成本和提高产品质量。通用性是减少企业内部多样化的主要途径。在产品生产过程中，产品结构、资源（知识、人员、设备、材料等）、过程、组织等的通用性的提高可以减少企业内部多样化，，减少生产成本。本文从产品生命周期的角度系统的研究了产品定制系统的通用性因素；运用复杂网络的理论和方法，以工艺数据库和产品结构数据库为切入点对产品工艺过程及产品结构的通用性进行了研究，并对工艺过程重组及产品结构合理化方法进行了分析。本论文的主要研究内容如下：首先介绍了大批量定制生产模式的产生和发展，通用性定义和度量方法的研究现状，以及本文的研究意义和内容。其次从产品生命周期的角度系统的全面的研究了产品定制系统的通用性因素；在此基础上，重点研究了产品工艺过程因素通用性和产品结构因素通用性理论，并分析了产品工艺过程重组和产品结构优化方法。然后基于工艺数据库运用复杂网络理论构建了工艺关系网络，通过对网络参数的分析，研究了工序通用性和工序束通用性；并在此基础上研究了零部件特征的通用性、产品工艺过程重组和设备布局方法。最后基于产品结构数据库运用复杂网络理论构建了产品结构网络，通过对网络参数的分析，研究了零部件的通用性，并且在分析零部件与工艺过程关系的基础上提出了产品结构合理化方法。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and economy, the product life cycle is shortened. The diversification of customer demand and the incandescence of market competition promote the production mode of mass customization. The core of mass customization is to provide customers with a variety of products while reducing the internal diversification of enterprises. In order to reduce product cost and improve product quality, universality is the main way to reduce internal diversification. In the process of product production, product structure, resources (knowledge, personnel, equipment, materials, etc.), process. The generality of organization and so on can reduce the diversification of the enterprise and reduce the production cost. In this paper, the universal factors of product customization system are studied systematically from the point of view of product life cycle. Based on the theory and method of complex network, the generality of product process and product structure is studied with process database and product structure database as the breakthrough point. The methods of process reengineering and product structure rationalization are analyzed. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: Firstly, the paper introduces the production and development of mass customization production mode, the research status of generality definition and measurement method, and the significance and content of this paper. Secondly, the universal factors of product customization system are studied systematically from the point of view of product life cycle. On this basis, the generality of product process factors and the generality of product structure factors are studied, and the methods of product process reengineering and product structure optimization are analyzed. Then the process relation network is constructed based on the complex network theory based on the process database. Through the analysis of the network parameters, the generality of the working procedure and the generality of the process bundle are studied. On the basis of this, the generality of component features, product process reengineering and equipment layout methods are studied. Finally, based on the product structure database, the product structure network is constructed by using the complex network theory. Through the analysis of the network parameters, the universality of the components is studied. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between parts and process, the rationalization method of product structure is put forward.
