【摘要】:最近几年,节约能源保护环境成为人们日益关注的话题,而传统的粘土砖由于破坏环境,已经不能适应时代的要求,新型墙体材料开始成为人们日益关注的焦点。液压压砖机作为新型墙体砖生产线上最关键的装备,在积极吸收国外顶尖技术的同时,自身也在不断的改进。因此根据墙体砖压机的特点研究压机并提出合理的改进措施有着重要的意义。 本文以某厂KDQ1300全自动液压压砖机作为研究对象,首先对中框受力特性进行分析,推导出了摩擦力方程,,并用线性回归的方法得到了摩擦力参数的表达式;针对中框摩擦力高的问题,提出在中框回油路改装比例溢流阀的解决方案;基于Matlab软件中的Simulink工具箱搭建了压机液压系统的仿真模型,借助于Matlab软件中的C-MEX S函数,把压机的PLC控制部分加进了仿真模型中,所建模型包含了压机的控制部分,负载以及液压部分;结合所建模型仿真分析了压机三种压制规程的优缺点。 其次,为了通过调整布料厚度来满足压力和位移的要求,编写了全自动压制规程,该压制规程可以自动返回压制参数值;针对压力和位移分别满足要求的两种情况进行仿真分析,结合仿真结果计算出了满足砖坯强度及精度要求应该调整的压制参数值。 最后,采用全自动压制规程的方法与人工试压的方法分别调试压机压制粉煤灰砖,实验得出两种调试方法下上缸跟中框的位移、摩擦力、压制力以及中框两腔压力曲线,对比分析实验结果,验证了中框回油路采用比例溢流阀以及全自动压制规程的合理性及优越性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, energy conservation and environmental protection has become a topic of increasing concern, and the traditional clay brick has been unable to adapt to the requirements of the times because of its damage to the environment. As the most critical equipment in the new wall brick production line, the hydraulic brick press is actively absorbing the top technology from abroad. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the press according to the characteristics of the wall brick press and put forward reasonable improvement measures. In this paper, a factory KDQ1300 automatic hydraulic press as the research object, first of all, the force characteristics of the central frame are analyzed, and the friction equation is derived. The expression of friction parameters is obtained by linear regression method. Aiming at the problem of high friction force in the middle frame, the solution of refitting the proportional relief valve in the oil return circuit of the middle frame is put forward. Based on the Simulink toolbox of Matlab software, the simulation model of hydraulic system of press is built, with the help of C-MEX S function in Matlab software. The PLC control part of the press is added to the simulation model. The model includes the control part of the press, the load and the hydraulic part. The advantages and disadvantages of the three pressing rules of the press are analyzed by the simulation of the model. Secondly, in order to meet the requirements of pressure and displacement by adjusting the thickness of the cloth, the automatic compaction procedure is written, which can automatically return the compaction parameter value. Based on the simulation analysis of pressure and displacement, the compaction parameters which should be adjusted to meet the requirements of strength and precision of brick slab are calculated in combination with the simulation results. Finally, the automatic pressing rules method and the manual pressure test method are used to debug the press respectively to suppress coal brick, and the results show that the displacement and friction force of the upper cylinder heel frame are obtained by two debugging methods. The compaction force and the pressure curve of the two cavities in the middle frame are compared with the experimental results, and the rationality and superiority of the proportional relief valve and the automatic pressing regulation in the oil return circuit of the middle frame are verified.
