【摘要】:装备制造业是任何一个发达工业体系的中枢,在经济成长和新型工业化过程中发挥着极为重要的作用,因而加快装备制造业的发展对于中国经济的健康运行具有重要的意义。它是促进工业产业结构优化升级,增强国民经济运行质量,提高工业经济效益的要求,也是扩大就业和确保国家经济安全的需要。 我国的装备制造业在近十几年中发展迅速,先后涌现出一批掌握关键零部件制造核心技术的生产企业,但是发展中存在一些不均衡现象。齿轮减速箱作为大型机械的传动装置,在矿山、电力、冶金等众多领域应用广泛,在装备制造业中有着重要的战略地位。近几年来,国内齿轮减速箱的中高端产品市场正在被几家国外厂商占据,国内众多的生产企业只在中低端市场中竞争。为了改变这种格局,国内一些企业瞄准国际高端产品开展研发,使齿轮减速箱的质量和功能已经接近甚至达到了国外先进水平,且占据价格优势。然而,其产品粗糙的外观和混乱的造型与其性能和质量不相匹配,在市场的竞争中大打折扣。 在国外尤其是西方发达的工业国家,从消费品制造业到装备制造业都已经形成较为成熟的形象识别设计。在齿轮减速箱的制造领域中,德国的弗兰德、赛威等制造商在几十年的发展过程中,不但在齿轮传动等核心技术领域积累了大量的研究和加工制造的经验,在产品外观上也形成了各个系列间的统一的风格,在国际市场上表现出鲜明的特色,给人留下深刻的印象。为了探索和研究国外先进的设计理念在我国齿轮减速箱制造行业中的应用,本文从以下两个方面做了详细研究。 本文从历史的角度研究西方工业发展中所形成的产品形象识别的相关理论和应用技术,对组成产品形象识别的两个方面—产品形象和产品识别进行探讨,根据这两方面的区别和联系,辩证的得出产品形象识别的概念。在此概念的基础上,提出产品形象识别设计发展的三个维度:元素维度、空间维度和时间维度,作为展开具体应用研究的理论和方法指导。 根据某齿轮减速箱生产企业的产品状况,对其多个产品系列建立产品形象识别的过程,并从两个阶段进行设计。第一阶段为单一产品的产品形象识别设计,得出具有识别特征的产品设计形象。第二阶段为系列产品的产品形象识别设计,以单一产品的设计作为设计原型,得出具有企业内统一的设计风格的产品系列,最终制定出适合该生产企业产品的形象识别系统。
[Abstract]:Equipment manufacturing industry is the center of any developed industrial system and plays an extremely important role in the process of economic growth and new industrialization. Therefore, accelerating the development of equipment manufacturing industry is of great significance to the healthy operation of China's economy. It is the requirement of promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial industrial structure, enhancing the quality of national economic operation and improving industrial economic benefits. It is also a need to expand employment and ensure national economic security. The equipment manufacturing industry in our country has developed rapidly in the past ten years, and a batch of manufacturing enterprises have emerged to master the key parts manufacturing core technology. However, there are some unbalanced phenomena in the development. Gear reducer is widely used in many fields, such as mining, electric power, metallurgy and so on. In the equipment manufacturing industry has an important strategic position. In recent years, the domestic gear reducer high-end product market is being occupied by several foreign manufacturers. Many domestic production enterprises only compete in the middle and low end market. In order to change this pattern, some domestic enterprises aim at international high-end products to carry out research and development. The quality and function of the gear reducer have approached or even reached the advanced level of foreign countries, and occupy the price advantage. However, the rough appearance and chaotic shape of its products do not match its performance and quality. In the competition in the market. In foreign countries, especially in the western developed industrial countries, from the consumer goods manufacturing industry to the equipment manufacturing industry has formed a more mature image recognition design. In the field of gear reducer manufacturing, Germany's Frande. During the decades of development, Saver and other manufacturers not only accumulated a large number of research and manufacturing experience in the core technology fields such as gear transmission, but also formed a unified style of each series in the appearance of the products. In order to explore and study the application of foreign advanced design concept in the manufacturing industry of gear reducer in China. This article has made the detailed research from the following two aspects. From the historical point of view, this paper studies the related theories and applied technologies of product image recognition formed in the western industrial development, and discusses the two aspects of product image recognition-product image and product recognition. According to the difference and relationship between the two aspects, the concept of product image recognition is dialectically obtained. On the basis of this concept, three dimensions of product image recognition design development are proposed: element dimension, spatial dimension and time dimension. As the theoretical and methodological guidance for the development of specific application research. According to the product status of a gear reducer manufacturing enterprise, the process of product image identification is established for several product series, and the design is carried out from two stages. The first stage is the product image identification design of a single product. The second stage is the product image identification design of series products, and the single product design as the design prototype, and the product series with a unified design style within the enterprise. Finally, the image identification system suitable for the product of the production enterprise is worked out.
