【摘要】:当今市场,企业在不断地缩减产品成本,同时客户对产品的个性化需求也在不断提高。在这种背景下,大批量定制理论孕育而生,大批量定制理论不但能最大限度的降低产品成本,同时也能够满足客户多样化的需求。作为大批量定制理论的核心内容,产品配置设计近些年备受各界关注。 本文较为系统地研究了产品配置设计理论,产品配置建模、产品配置推理和评价方法,提出了基于事物特性表和知识的产品配置建模方法与基于实例的产品配置推理方法,并将其应用到多功能液压千斤顶产品中,开发了多功能液压千斤顶产品配置设计系统。具体内容包括: 第一章,阐述了论文研究的背景及其意义,论述了产品配置设计关键技术的发展及国内外现状,并对产品配置设计的各种理论方法进行了对比,最后介绍了论文的主要研究内容和总体结构。 第二章,详述了产品配置设计的基本理论及其配置设计过程,并针对多功能液压千斤顶产品进行了可配置性分析,给出了配置设计流程,最后对客户的个性化需求进行了分析,获取了多功能液压千斤顶产品客户的需求状况,并在确定客户需求权重之后,将其转化为产品订单信息。 第三章,主要研究了多功能液压千斤顶产品的配置建模过程,分别介绍了事物特性表的理论及其结构以及多功能液压千斤顶产品配置知识库的构建过程,给出了基于事物特性表的事物特性单元模型,在此基础上结合产品配置知识库,构建了基于事物特性表和知识的多功能液压千斤顶产品配置模型。 第四章,详述了基于实例的产品配置推理方法。根据客户的个性化需求,对现有产品实例库进行检索,从而得到满足客户个性化需求的产品配置实例集,然后应用配置推理机制确定最能满足客户需求的多功能液压千斤顶产品配置实例;之后简述了如何利用层次分析法对配置结果进行评价;对于不能得出产品配置方案的情况,可以对现有实例进行零部件变形设计以得到所需配置方案。 第五章,在上述理论研究的基础上,开发了多功能液压千斤顶产品的配置设计系统,介绍了系统开发的目标及其运行环境,给出了系统的总体框架,最后详述了系统的各个功能模块。 第六章,对论文的主要研究内容进行了总结,并给出了今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:In today's market, enterprises are constantly reducing the cost of products, while customers' demand for personalized products is also increasing. Under this background, mass customization theory is born. Mass customization theory can not only minimize the cost of products, but also meet the diverse needs of customers. As the core content of mass customization theory, product configuration design has attracted much attention in recent years. This paper systematically studies the theory of product configuration design, product configuration modeling, product configuration reasoning and evaluation methods. Product configuration modeling method and case-based product configuration reasoning method based on transaction characteristic table and knowledge are proposed and applied to multi-function hydraulic Jack products. A multi-function hydraulic Jack product configuration design system is developed, including: In the first chapter, the background and significance of the research are described, the development of key technologies of product configuration design and the present situation at home and abroad are discussed, and various theories and methods of product configuration design are compared. Finally, the main research content and the overall structure of the thesis are introduced. In the second chapter, the basic theory of product configuration design and its configuration design process are described in detail, and the configurable analysis of multi-function hydraulic Jack products is carried out, and the configuration design flow is given. Finally, the individualized requirements of customers are analyzed, and the demand status of multi-function hydraulic Jack products is obtained. After determining the weight of customer demand, it is transformed into product order information. In the third chapter, the configuration modeling process of multi-function hydraulic Jack product is studied, and the theory and structure of object characteristic table and the construction process of configuration knowledge base of multi-function hydraulic Jack product are introduced respectively. This paper presents a model of thing characteristic unit based on the tabular property of things. Based on the product configuration knowledge base, the product configuration model of multi-function hydraulic Jack is constructed based on the tabular and knowledge of the product characteristics. In Chapter 4th, the case-based reasoning method of product configuration is described in detail. According to the customer's personalized requirements, the existing product case library is retrieved, and the product configuration case set is obtained to meet the customer's personalized requirements. Then the configuration reasoning mechanism is applied to determine the multi-function hydraulic Jack product configuration example which can meet the customer's needs most. After that, it briefly describes how to use AHP to evaluate the configuration results. For the cases where the product configuration scheme can not be obtained, the part deformation design can be carried out to obtain the required configuration scheme. In Chapter 5th, on the basis of the above theoretical research, the configuration design system of multi-function hydraulic Jack product is developed, the goal of the system development and its running environment are introduced, and the overall framework of the system is given. At last, each function module of the system is described in detail. In chapter 6th, the main research contents are summarized, and the future research direction is given.
