液压元件间隙的泄漏量及其控制研究

【摘要】:液压系统泄漏的原因各式各样,泄漏的部位也很多,必须要从设计到制造元件的工艺过程,以及装配流程进行泄漏控制。为了控制液压系统的泄漏还得从控制液压元件的泄漏量出发。 本文所做的工作为: 1.查阅国内外资料,分析国内外液压系统泄漏控制研究现状,了解液压系统泄漏情况,每年泄漏的油液不仅造成环境污染,并且浪费资源,对系统的泄漏控制需要从控制液压元件的泄漏着手。 2.查阅相关流体力学方面的知识,介绍了液压元件常见的四种泄漏形式(缝隙泄漏、多孔隙泄漏、粘附泄漏、动力泄漏),并总结各种缝隙泄漏量的计算公式。 3.液压元件的泄漏控制措施有密封件结构的泄漏控制和间隙密封泄漏控制,带密封件密封装置可以对静密封实现零泄漏,但是磨损严重,不易散热,需要定期更换密封件。间隙密封为相对运动的元件之间的微小缝隙形成很高的流阻从而达到对液压元件的泄漏控制,缺点对元件的加工精度要求高。 4.本文针对目前液压系统的泄漏情况,对液压缸活塞间隙泄漏进行实验,对旋转接头的泄漏控制进行建模仿真。本文采用Gambit对旋转接头进行建模,并进行网格划分,然后把模型导入流体仿真软件Fluent进行仿真。对仿真结果进行分析,提出元件的泄漏控制措施。
[Abstract]:The reasons of hydraulic system leakage are various and there are many parts of leakage. It is necessary to control the leakage from design to manufacture process and assembly process. In order to control the leakage of hydraulic system, it is necessary to control the leakage of hydraulic components. The work done in this paper is as follows: 1. Referring to domestic and foreign data, analyzing the present situation of hydraulic system leakage control research at home and abroad, understanding the leakage situation of hydraulic system, the oil leaked every year not only causes environmental pollution, but also wastes resources. The leakage control of the system should begin with the control of the leakage of the hydraulic components. 2. Referring to the relevant knowledge of fluid mechanics, this paper introduces four common leakage forms of hydraulic components (crevice leakage, porous leakage, adhesion leakage, dynamic leakage), and summarizes the calculation formulas of various crevice leakage. The leakage control measures of hydraulic components include leakage control of seal structure and leakage control of clearance seal. Sealing device with seal can realize zero leakage to static seal, but it is not easy to dissipate heat due to serious wear, so it is necessary to replace seal regularly. The clearance seal is a small gap between the moving components to form a very high flow resistance to control the leakage of the hydraulic components, and the shortcomings require high machining accuracy of the components. 4. Aiming at the leakage of hydraulic system at present, the experiment of piston clearance leakage of hydraulic cylinder is carried out, and the leakage control of rotary joint is modeled and simulated. In this paper, Gambit is used to model the rotary joint, and the mesh is divided, then the model is imported into the fluid simulation software fluent for simulation. The simulation results are analyzed and the leakage control measures are proposed.
