兆瓦级风电机组齿轮箱动力学仿真与分析
[Abstract]:Wind turbine is a kind of equipment that converts wind energy into electric energy. The performance of wind turbine directly affects the efficiency of energy conversion and the generation of electricity. The gearbox is the key component of the doubly-fed wind turbine. Due to the particularity of the environment and load of the wind turbine, the high failure rate of the gearbox is caused. By analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the wind turbine gearbox, the design quality can be guaranteed, the failure rate can be reduced, and the reliability of the whole operation of the wind turbine unit can be improved. In this paper, the increasing speed gearbox of grid-connected doubly-fed wind turbine is taken as the object, the model is built in virtual environment, and the design checking and dynamic characteristic analysis are carried out. The main works are as follows: 1) taking the 1.5MW wind turbine gearbox (two-stage planetary gear one-stage parallel shaft cylindrical gear transmission) as the object, the design parameters are analyzed and calculated firstly, and then the design parameters are checked and analyzed under the Romax Designer software environment. The gearbox was modeled and the basic dynamic characteristics were analyzed and calculated. The integral structure of the gearbox and the virtual model of the gear pairs at all levels are established. By using the dynamic analysis function of Romax, the natural frequencies and corresponding modes of the rotating parts in the gear box are calculated, and the influence of the inherent characteristics on the structural resonance is discussed. On this basis, the natural frequencies of gears with different parameters are calculated, and the influence of the main design parameters of gears on the natural frequencies is analyzed. 2) the design method of planetary gear trains based on phase tuning theory is studied. The dynamic characteristics of gear box under phase tuning are simulated and analyzed, and the influence of the main parameters of planetary gear train on the inherent characteristics of gear box is discussed. In order to improve the transmission performance of the transmission system and reduce the vibration and noise of the system, the technical support is provided. 3) the preliminary design of the gearbox parameters of the 5MW doubly-fed wind turbine unit is carried out. The 3D virtual model of the gearbox is established by using Romax Designer software, and its dynamic characteristics are calculated and analyzed. On the basis of the above analysis, the transmission ratio, size, gear force and inherent characteristics of 5MW and 1.5MW wind generator are compared.
