逆向分析在自动变速器行星轮系传动与控制中的应用与研究

【摘要】:行星轮系是自动变速器的核心组成,也是自动变速器中最具变化性和复杂性的终端执行系统之一。对行星轮系传动及控制的分析与研究,是研究自动变速器及解决实际应用中诸多问题的重要工作。 本文针对自动变速器行星轮系结构上的多样性和控制上的复杂性以及传统轮系传动分析法的局限性,在研究了大量自动变速器行星轮系的结构及传动特点的基础上,应用基础学科并结合自动变速器的控制原理与理论,开发了直观实用的“约束与矢量分析法”并提出档位执行元件控制的“优化”策略与原则,解决了在缺乏技术资料情况下,,从自动变速器轮系的结构到它的所能实现的档位及工作状态的执果溯因式的逆向推导任务,为进一步解决实践应用中的诸多问题提供了便捷实用的分析方法及手段。
[Abstract]:Planet gear train is the core of automatic transmission, and it is also one of the most variable and complex terminal execution systems in automatic transmission. The analysis and research of planet gear train transmission and control is an important work to study automatic transmission and solve many problems in practical application. In view of the diversity of the structure and the complexity of the control of the planet gear train of automatic transmission and the limitation of the traditional gear train transmission analysis method, on the basis of studying the structure and transmission characteristics of a large number of automatic transmission planet gear train, this paper applies the basic subject and combines the control principle and theory of the automatic transmission. An intuitionistic and practical "constraint and vector analysis method" is developed and the "optimization" strategy and principle of gear actuator control are put forward, which solves the reverse derivation task from the structure of automatic transmission gear train to the traceability of gear position and working state in the absence of technical data, which provides a convenient and practical analysis method and means for further solving many problems in practical application.
