绵羊FAM134B基因组织表达规律及其与肌内脂肪含量的关系

【摘要】:为了解FAM134B基因的表达规律以及对绵羊肉质的影响,试验以敖汉细毛羊组织样本为材料,运用实时荧光定量PCR技术对不同组织FAM134B mRNA的表达情况进行研究,并对肌肉组织中FAM134B mRNA表达量与肌内脂肪含量进行关联分析。结果表明:FAM134B基因在所选的绵羊心脏、肝脏、脾脏、肺脏、肾脏、背最长肌、股二头肌、皮下脂肪、腹部脂肪器官组织中均有表达,其中在肝脏中的表达量最高,而在肺脏中的表达量最低。关联分析显示,在绵羊背最长肌、股二头肌中FAM134B基因的mRNA表达水平与肌内脂肪含量呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。初步推测,FAM134B基因可能对绵羊肌内脂肪沉积具有重要的调控作用。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the expression of FAM134B gene and its effect on meat quality of sheep, the tissue samples of Aohan fine wool sheep were used as materials. The expression of FAM134B mRNA in different tissues was studied by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The expression of FAM134B mRNA in muscle tissue was correlated with the content of intramuscular fat. The results showed that the weight FAM134B gene was expressed in the heart, liver, spleen and lung of sheep. Kidney, longissimus dorsi muscle, biceps femoris muscle, subcutaneous fat, abdominal adipose organs were all expressed, in which the highest expression in the liver, but the lowest in the lung. Correlation analysis showed. In the longissimus dorsi muscle and biceps femoris muscle, the mRNA expression level of FAM134B gene was positively correlated with the intramuscular fat content. FAM134B gene may play an important role in regulating intramuscular fat deposition in sheep.
