非病毒基因治疗在口腔颌骨缺损中的应用

【摘要】:利用GBR技术修复口腔内骨缺损是目前临床常用的方法,但骨移植材料单独应用时其诱导成骨性能尚不能满足所有临床要求。基因治疗是将基因传送至缺损位点促进骨生成的一种组织工程学治疗技术,按传送方式不同分为病毒载体和非病毒载体基因治疗,其中非病毒载体基因治疗利用非病毒载体复合物转染目标细胞促进其表达成骨蛋白。本文就非病毒载体基因治疗载体的选择,载体复合物的转染,传送工具以及向临床转换情况等做一综述。
[Abstract]:It is a common clinical method to repair oral bone defect by using GBR technique. However, the osteogenic properties of bone grafts can not meet all the clinical requirements when they are used alone. Gene therapy is a kind of tissue engineering therapy which can transfer genes to defect sites to promote bone formation. It can be divided into viral vector and non-viral vector gene therapy according to the transmission mode. Non-viral vector gene therapy was used to transfect the target cells to promote the expression of osteogenic protein. In this paper, the selection of non-viral vector gene therapy vector, the transfection of vector complex, Transmission tools and the status of conversion to the clinic are reviewed.
