【摘要】:[目的]防止转基因蓝藻(Anabaena sp.PPC 7120)在制备对虾抗白斑综合征病毒口服药过程中向环境释放,保证制药安全性。[方法]用不同pH处理转基因蓝藻,并在不同时间、温度和光照下观察效果,并用响应面法优化处理条件。[结果]最佳处理条件为:pH≤2.5、t≥50 min、T≥30℃或pH≥12、t≥120 min、T≥30℃,杀藻率为100%。两个优化组合分别为:pH 2.12、温度29.96℃、时间33.9 min或pH 12.33、温度31.75℃、时间96.8 min。pH处理后的转基因蓝藻在平板上不能再继续生长。[结论]pH法对转基因蓝藻的杀藻率可达100%,有效防止了转基因蓝藻在制备对虾口服剂过程中发生环境释放。
