荔波瑶山鸡POU1F1基因多态性与繁殖性状的相关性

【摘要】:【目的】为探明荔波瑶山鸡POU1F1基因多态性与繁殖性状的关系,为荔波瑶山鸡的选择性育种提供参考。【方法】针对POU1F1基因设计6对引物,采用PCR测序法筛选出多态位点,并利用荔波瑶山鸡母系60个个体进行繁殖性状的关联分析。【结果】荔波瑶山鸡POU1F1基因有8个多态位点,其中POU1F1基因58(A→G)与300日龄产蛋量、首次就巢日龄、300日龄就巢次数均呈显著或极显著相关(P0.05或P0.01);65(T→C)与300日龄产蛋量、首次就巢日龄、300日龄就巢次数呈显著相关(P0.05);11041(T→C)与300日龄产蛋量、首次就巢持续时间、首次就巢至重新开产间隔均呈显著或极显著相关(P0.05或P0.01)。【结论】POU1F1基因58(A→G)和65(T→C)可作为300日龄产蛋量、首次就巢日龄和300日龄就巢次数的辅助选择标记;11041(T→C)可作为300日龄产蛋量、首次就巢持续时间、首次就巢至重新开产间隔的辅助选择标记。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the relationship between POU1F1 gene polymorphism and reproductive traits in Libo Yao Shan Chicken, and to provide reference for selective breeding of Libo Yao Chicken. [methods] six pairs of primers were designed for POU1F1 gene, and polymorphic loci were screened by PCR sequencing. The reproductive traits of Libo Yaoshan Chicken were analyzed by association analysis of 60 individuals. [results] there were 8 polymorphic loci in the POU1F1 gene of Libo Yaoshan Chicken, among which POU1F1 gene 58A. 鈫扜) was significantly or extremely significantly correlated with egg production at 300 days of age and the number of nests at 300 days of age for the first time (P 0.05 or P 0.01). 鈫扖) was significantly correlated with the number of eggs laid at 300 days of age and the number of nests at 300 days of age for the first time (P0.05 / 11041T). 鈫扖) was significantly correlated with egg production at 300 days of age, first nest duration, first nest to reopening interval (P0.05 or P0.01A). [conclusion] POU1F1 gene 58A. 鈫扜) and 65T. 鈫扖) can be used as an auxiliary selection marker for egg production at 300 days of age, and for the first time, 11041T for the number of nests at the age of 300 days. 鈫扖) can be used as an auxiliary selection marker for egg production at 300 days of age, for the first time for the duration of the nest, and for the first time from the nest to the reopening interval.
