基于基因-体质-证候研究模式探讨冠心病证候

【摘要】:基于基因-体质-证候三者之间的必然联系,提出以体质为中间桥梁连接冠心病证候与基因多态性,通过基因-体质-证候这一研究模式探讨冠心病证候的研究思路。继而分析了体质与冠心病证候关系、冠心病常见体质及常见证候类型的基因多态性研究现状,并进行了相关研究方法的分析,以期为此研究模式提出可行的研究方案。通过冠心病瘀血质、气虚质和痰湿质三种常见体质及血瘀证、痰浊证、痰瘀互结证3种常见证候基因多态性现有研究的分析与综合,提出了可供选择及进一步荟萃分析的候选基因。通过比较候选基因及全基因组研究方法,结合此模式的研究特点提出运用高通量的列阵技术进行候选基因研究。同时,通过分析也发现了样本选择收集、候选基因选择及冠心病作为多基因遗传病之间的问题有待于进一步研究的解决。
[Abstract]:Based on the inevitable relationship between gene-physique syndrome and syndromes, it is proposed that physique is the intermediate bridge between coronary heart disease syndrome and gene polymorphism. Through the research mode of gene-physique syndrome, this paper discusses the research ideas of coronary heart disease syndrome, and then analyzes the relationship between constitution and coronary heart disease syndrome, the gene polymorphism of common constitution and common syndrome type of coronary heart disease. And the related research methods were analyzed in order to put forward a feasible research plan for this research model. Through three common physique of coronary heart disease blood stasis, qi deficiency and phlegm dampness, and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm turbid syndrome, Based on the analysis and synthesis of three common syndromes gene polymorphisms in phlegm and blood stasis syndromes, the candidate genes for selection and further meta-analysis were put forward. According to the characteristics of this model, a high-throughput array technique is used to study candidate genes. At the same time, the sample selection collection is also found through the analysis. The problems of candidate gene selection and coronary heart disease as polygenic diseases need to be further studied.
