欧美基因编辑技术法律规制现状与借鉴

【摘要】：基因编辑技术的诞生使得基因定位、精准修改成为现实,在农业生产、环境保护等领域有着广泛的应用,同时也带来了很多不确定的风险。但当前的基因法律规制不能适应基因编辑技术的发展。基于此,本文就基因编辑技术的风险和利益诉求,分析了欧美基因编辑技术的法律规制、监管方式及相关经验,论述了中国基因编辑技术应用风险治理的法律路径。
[Abstract]:The birth of gene editing technology has made gene location and precise modification a reality, and has been widely used in agricultural production, environmental protection and other fields. At the same time, it also brings a lot of uncertain risks. However, the current regulation of gene law can not adapt to the development of gene editing technology. This paper analyzes the legal regulation, supervision mode and relevant experience of gene editing technology in Europe and America, and discusses the legal path of risk management in the application of gene editing technology in China.
