CD36基因多态性与动脉硬化心脏病的相关性

【摘要】:目的探讨动脉硬化心脏病与CD36单核苷酸多态性的关系。方法 121例动脉硬化心脏病患者及体检的健康者217例进行研究;空腹12 h后采集静脉血5 ml,检查甘油三酯、空腹血糖、血细胞、低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、血栓素B2等主要生化指标,记录其体质量、升高、体质量指数、血压等一般指标,并详细问询其疾病史;采用聚合酶链反应-连接酶检测反应法(PCR-LDR法)检测CD36的SNPs基因型。结果对照组冠心病、高血压、糖尿病患者比例及血压、体质量指数、甘油三酯、血糖、总胆固醇、血栓素、低密度脂蛋白显著低于病例组(P0.05),病例组患者血高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P0.05);rs1761667位点存GG、AG、AA 3种基因型,两组基因频率差异具统计学意义(P0.05);分析分布频率发现,病例组AG基因型显著高于对照组(P0.05);AG基因型人群中病例组患者收缩压、舒张压、体质量指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白显著高于对照组(P0.05),高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于对照组(P0.05);AG基因型均可明显增加动脉硬化心脏病的患病风险(P0.05);甘油三酯、收缩压、糖尿病史、冠心病史、低密度脂蛋白与rs1761667AG基因型为影响动脉硬化心脏病的独立性危险因素(P0.05);CD36 SNPs具有群体代表性,符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律(P0.05)。结论动脉硬化心脏病与CD36 rs1761667的AG型存相关关系,是导致动脉硬化心脏病的遗传因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of CD36 and arteriosclerotic heart disease (AHD). Methods 121 patients with arteriosclerotic heart disease and 217 healthy subjects were studied, 5 ml venous blood samples were collected 12 hours after fasting, triglyceride and fasting blood glucose were measured. The main biochemical indexes, such as blood cells, low density lipoprotein, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein and thromboxane B2, were recorded and their body weight, elevation, body mass index and blood pressure were recorded. The SNPs genotypes of CD36 were detected by polymerase chain reaction-ligase assay (PCR-LDR). Results the proportion of patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, blood pressure, body mass index, triglyceride, blood glucose, total cholesterol, thromboxane were detected in the control group. The low density lipoprotein (LDL) was significantly lower than that in the case group (P 0.05), and the serum high density lipoprotein (HDL) level in the case group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05), rs1761667, there were three genotypes of GGG AGN AA, the difference of gene frequency between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the distribution frequency was found. The AG genotype in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group, including systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG). Low density lipoprotein (LDL) was significantly higher than control group (P 0.05N), high density lipoprotein (HDL) level was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05) AG genotype, triglyceride, systolic blood pressure (SBP), history of diabetes, history of coronary heart disease (CHD), serum triglyceride (TG), systolic blood pressure (SBP), history of diabetes, history of coronary heart disease, Low density lipoprotein (LDL) and rs1761667AG genotype were independent risk factors for atherosclerosis heart disease. P0.05 + CD36 SNPs was a group representative, which was in accordance with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law (P0.05). Conclusion there is a correlation between CD36 rs1761667 AG type and atherosclerotic heart disease. Is the genetic factor that causes arteriosclerosis heart disease.
