高通量基因测序分析119例胚胎停育染色体核型

【摘要】:正胚胎停育是指妊娠早期胚胎停止发育、丢失的病理过程,多发生在妊娠7~10周,近年来发病率呈上升趋势。导致胚胎停育的因素很多,其中主要是因为胚胎染色体异常~([1]),胚胎停育的绒毛染色体异常率可达50%~70%~([2]),实际上由于受到检测方法准确性的制约,染色体的异常可能明显高于这个比例。而精确检测流产组织核型,有利于寻找胚胎停育病因、评估预后及指导后续的治疗。目前国内普遍
[Abstract]:Normal embryo arrest is a pathological process in which the embryo stops developing and loses in the first trimester of pregnancy. Most of the pathological processes occur at the 7th week of gestation, the incidence of which is increasing in recent years, and there are many factors leading to the termination of embryo. This is mainly due to the chromosomal abnormalities of embryos ([1]), the abnormal rate of chromosomes in the villi of embryos that are suspended can reach 50% and 70% (2), which is actually restricted by the accuracy of the detection methods. Chromosomal abnormalities may be significantly higher than this ratio. Accurate detection of the karyotype of abortive tissues is beneficial to finding the etiology, evaluating the prognosis and guiding the subsequent treatment of embryo stoppage. At present, it is common in China to detect the karyotype of abortive tissues.
