枇杷ASR基因分离及其在果实发育中的表达分析

【摘要】:分离了枇杷ASR(abscisic acid,stress and ripening-induced)cDNA全长基因EjASR1,该基因长为877bp,含有1个822bp的开放阅读框,编码241个氨基酸。EjASR1基因编码的蛋白质与荔枝、甜橙亲缘关系较近,与水稻等亲缘关系较远。荧光定量RT-PCR分析显示,EjASR1表达量随着果实发育呈上升趋势,在果实发育后期EjASR1的表达量显著高于发育前期,表明该基因与成熟相关。
[Abstract]:The full-length gene EjASR1 of ASR(abscisic acidinstress and ripening-induced)cDNA was isolated. The gene was 877bplong and contained an open reading frame of 822bp. The protein encoding 241 amino acid. EjASR1 gene was closely related to litchi and sweet orange, and was far related to rice and so on.Fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression of EjASR1 increased with fruit development, and the expression of EjASR1 was significantly higher in the later stage of fruit development than in the early stage of fruit development, indicating that the expression of EjASR1 was related to maturation.
