瘤组织NPR1基因表达变化与乳腺癌、卵巢癌预后关系的大数据分析

【摘要】:目的探讨乳腺癌、卵巢癌组织NPR1基因表达变化与乳腺癌、卵巢癌预后的关系。方法用Oncomine数据库分析乳腺癌组织、卵巢癌组织和正常组织中NPR1基因表达的差异,用Kaplan-Meier Plotter数据库进行乳腺癌、卵巢癌患者生存分析,分析乳腺癌、卵巢癌组织NPR1基因表达变化与乳腺癌、卵巢癌预后的关系。结果 Oncomine数据库包含了715个数据集和86 733个样本。大数据分析结果显示正常乳腺组织中NPR1基因高表达,乳腺癌组织中NPR1基因低表达。正常卵巢组织中NPR1基因低表达,卵巢癌组织中NPR1基因高表达。KaplanMeier Plotter数据库包含了54 675个基因和10 461个癌症样本信息,其中包含5 143个乳腺癌患者样本,1 861个卵巢癌患者样本。大数据分析结果显示乳腺癌组织NPR1基因高表达的患者无病生存时间较长(P0.05)。基底样型乳腺癌、腺腔B型乳腺癌和HER2过表达型乳腺癌NPR1基因低表达和高表达患者预后无明显差异(P均0.05);腺腔A型乳腺癌患者NPR1高表达预后明显好于低表达者(P0.05)。卵巢癌组织NPR1基因低表达者的无进展生存时间比高表达者长(P0.05)。具体细分,浆液性卵巢癌和子宫内膜性卵巢癌组织NPR1基因低表达者的预后明显好于高表达者(P均0.05)。结论乳腺癌组织NPR1基因高表达提示预后良好,而卵巢癌组织NPR1基因高表达提示预后不良。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of NPR1 gene and prognosis of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Methods Oncomine database was used to analyze the difference of NPR1 gene expression in breast cancer, ovarian cancer and normal tissues. Kaplan-Meier Plotter database was used to analyze the survival of patients with breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Relationship between expression of NPR1 gene and prognosis of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. Results the Oncomine database contained 715 data sets and 86,733 samples. Big data analysis showed that NPR1 gene was highly expressed in normal breast tissue and NPR1 gene was low in breast cancer tissue. The overexpression of NPR1 gene in normal ovarian tissues. Kaplan Meier Plotter database contained 54 675 genes and 10 461 cancer samples, including 5 143 breast cancer samples and 1 861 ovarian cancer samples. Big data analysis showed that patients with high expression of NPR1 gene had a longer disease-free survival time (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the prognosis of patients with low expression and high expression of NPR1 gene in basal type B breast cancer and HER2 overexpression type B breast cancer (P 0.05), and the prognosis of NPR1 high expression in type A breast cancer was significantly better than that in low expression group (P 0.05). The progression-free survival time of patients with low expression of NPR1 gene was longer than that of patients with high expression of NPR1 gene. The prognosis of patients with low expression of NPR1 gene in serous ovarian cancer and endometrial ovarian carcinoma was significantly better than that in those with high expression (P 0.05). Conclusion the high expression of NPR1 gene in breast cancer may indicate a good prognosis, while the high expression of NPR1 gene in ovarian cancer may suggest a poor prognosis.
