天津海河流域水中细菌抗消毒剂基因检测与大肠杆菌对苯扎溴铵抗性研究

【摘要】:目的了解天津海河流域水体中细菌抗消毒剂基因携带情况与大肠杆菌对季铵盐类消毒剂抗性水平,为季铵盐类消毒剂安全性评价提供依据。方法采用PCR技术和肉汤稀释法,对海河流域水样进行抗消毒剂基因检测与大肠杆菌对季铵盐类抗性水平进行研究。结果从海河流域8处水样中,均检出qacE、qacE△1和qacG基因,其中6处水样检出ydgE和ydgF基因,4处水样检出sugE(p)和emrE基因,所有水样中均未检出qacA/B基因。苯扎溴铵对海河水中细菌的MIC值和MBC值均≥90 mg/L,高于大肠杆菌标准株的60 mg/L。结论天津海河流域存在抗苯扎溴铵的细菌,细菌季铵盐类消毒剂抗性基因携带率较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the gene carrying of bacterial antidisinfectant and the resistance level of Escherichia coli to quaternary ammonium disinfectants in Haihe River basin of Tianjin, so as to provide the basis for the safety evaluation of quaternary ammonium disinfectants. Methods PCR technique and broth dilution method were used to detect the disinfectant gene and the resistance level of Escherichia coli to quaternary ammonium salt. Results from 8 water samples of Haihe River Basin, qace1 and qacG genes were detected in all water samples, among them, ydgE and ydgF genes were detected in 4 water samples in 6 water samples, and qacA/B genes were not detected in all water samples. The MIC and MBC values of benzalkonium bromide to bacteria in Haihe River water were more than 90 mg / L, which was higher than that of Escherichia coli standard strain (60 mg / L). Conclusion bacteria resistant to benzalkonium bromide exist in Haihe River Basin of Tianjin, and the rate of carrying resistant genes of bacterial quaternary ammonium disinfectants is high.
