非小细胞肺癌组织中FGFR1基因扩增情况及其与临床病理特征的关系

【摘要】:目的观察成纤维生长因子受体1(FGFR1)基因在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的扩增情况,并探讨其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 147例NSCLC患者,经无痛纤维支气管镜检查或经皮肺穿刺检查时取得肿瘤组织。采用荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术观察组织中FGFR1基因扩增情况,采用χ2检验或Fisher's确切概率法分析FGFR1基因扩增与NSCLC患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 147例NSCLC肿瘤组织中FGFR1基因扩增11例。44例鳞癌组织中FGFR1基因扩增7例,74例腺癌组织中FGFR1基因扩增4例,鳞癌与腺癌组织中FGFR1基因扩增情况比较P0.05。73例有吸烟史患者组织中FGFR1基因扩增11例,74例无吸烟史患者组织中FGFR1基因扩增0例,两者相比P0.05。结论 FGFR1基因在NSCLC组织中存在扩增,且有吸烟史较无吸烟史患者扩增比例高,鳞癌较腺癌患者扩增比例高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the amplification of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR1) gene in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods tumor tissues were obtained from 147 patients with NSCLC by painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy or percutaneous lung puncture. The amplification of FGFR1 gene in tissues was observed by fluorescence in situ hybridization (fish) technique. The relationship between the amplification of FGFR1 gene and the clinicopathological characteristics of NSCLC patients was analyzed by 蠂 2 test or Fisher's exact probability method. Results FGFR1 gene amplification was performed in 11 cases of NSCLC tumor tissues and 44 cases of squamous cell carcinoma tissues. FGFR1 gene amplification was performed in 7 cases of 74 cases of adenocarcinoma and 4 cases of FGFR1 gene amplification. Comparison of FGFR1 Gene Amplification in squamous Cell carcinoma and Adenocarcinoma; FGFR1 gene amplification was performed in 11 patients with smoking history and 0 patients with no smoking history, compared with P0.055.73 patients with smoking history. Conclusion FGFR1 gene was amplified in NSCLC tissue, and the proportion of FGFR1 gene amplification was higher in patients with smoking history than in patients with no smoking history, and the amplification rate of squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that of adenocarcinoma.
