谷胱甘肽S-转移酶P1基因多态性与支气管肺发育不良的关系研究

【摘要】:目的探讨谷胱甘肽S-转移酶P1(GSTP1)基因多态性与支气管肺发育不良(BPD)的关系。方法选取2010年3月—2013年12月在武汉市第三医院新生儿科及华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院新生儿重症监护室(NICU)住院的患有BPD的早产儿60例为BPD组(其中男38例,女22例),及同期入住华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院NICU无肺部疾病的早产儿99例为对照组(其中男63例,女36例)。懫用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测GSTP1基因多态性。结果两组GSTP1基因型频率均符合Hardy-Weinbery平衡,具有群体代表性。两组GSTP1基因型频率和等位基因频率间差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组男性GSTP1基因型频率和等位基因频率间差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 GSTP1基因多态性与BPD易感性无关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between glutathione S-transferase (GSTP1) gene polymorphism and bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Methods from March 2010 to December 2013, 60 premature infants (38 males, 38 males) who were hospitalized in the Neonatrics Department of the third Hospital of Wuhan City and the Neonatal intensive Care Unit of Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as BPD group. There were 22 females and 99 premature infants (63 males and 36 females) who were admitted to Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the same period without pulmonary diseases. GSTP1 gene polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results the frequencies of GSTP1 genotypes in both groups were in line with Hardy-Weinbery equilibrium and had population representation. There was no significant difference in GSTP1 genotype frequency and allele frequency between the two groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in GSTP1 genotype frequency and allele frequency between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Polymorphism of GSTP1 gene is not associated with susceptibility to BPD.
