不同分化程度前列腺癌中P21WAF、P53、P16基因表达的意义

【摘要】:目的研究P21WAF、P53、P16基因在不同分化程度前列腺癌中的表达情况。方法选取2015—2016年郑州大学附属医院南阳医院56例前列腺癌手术标本。采用免疫组织化学法检测P21WAF、P53、P16基因表达情况。结果高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌P21WAF、P16、P53阳性率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);其中高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌P21WAF、P16阳性率高于低分化腺癌,P53阳性率低于低分化腺癌,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 P21WAF、P53、P16在前列腺癌中表达与肿瘤的分级及预后有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of P 21 WAFU P 53 P 16 gene in prostate cancer with different differentiation. Methods 56 specimens of prostate cancer were collected from Nanyang Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2015 to 2016. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P 53 P 16 gene. Results there were significant differences in the positive rates of P16 and p53 in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, among which the positive rate of P21 WAF- P16 in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and the positive rate was lower than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and the positive rate of P16 in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and the positive rate of P16 p16 in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of P 53 P 16 in prostate cancer is related to the grade and prognosis of prostate cancer.
