马铃薯块茎蛾取食对马铃薯防御基因表达的诱导作用

【摘要】:为探讨马铃薯对马铃薯块茎蛾(Phthorimaea operculella)取食的防御反应分子机制,在室内条件下测定马铃薯块茎蛾取食、机械损伤、外源水杨酸甲酯和外源茉莉酸诱导处理后马铃薯叶片中苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)基因(pal)、过氧化物酶(POD)基因(pod)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)基因(cat)的相对表达量,同时以健康植株为对照。结果表明:pal、pod和cat基因表达量变化趋势存在差异,说明马铃薯块茎蛾取食既激活了水杨酸介导的防御信号转导途径,也激活了茉莉酸介导的信号转导途径,并且2个通路间存在交互作用。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the molecular mechanism of potato defense response to potato tuber moth (Phthorimaea operculella), the feeding and mechanical damage of potato tuber moth were determined under indoor conditions. The relative expression of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (pal) gene (pal), peroxidase (Pal) gene (pod) and catalase (cat) gene (cat) in potato leaves induced by exogenous methyl salicylate and exogenous jasmonic acid was studied. The results showed that there were differences in the expression of cat gene between the two species, indicating that the feeding of potato tuber moth not only activates the defense signal transduction pathway mediated by salicylic acid, but also activates the signal transduction pathway mediated by jasmonic acid. And there is interaction between the two pathways.
