水环境中抗性基因去除技术研究进展

【摘要】:抗生素的滥用导致了环境中抗性基因的产生,抗性基因一旦形成便难以控制和消除。目前,抗性基因在水环境中普遍检出,传播扩散迅速,污染形势严重,对生态系统和人体健康构成了巨大威胁。本文综述了国内外关于去除水环境中抗性基因的技术进展,重点讨论了消毒技术(含紫外消毒和加氯消毒)、高级氧化技术(包括Fenton氧化、光催化氧化和臭氧氧化)和人工湿地技术对水中抗性基因的去除效果,指出了各技术的应用优势和限制,分析了存在的问题与解决措施,为今后这一方向的深入研究和实践应用提供科学依据和参考。
[Abstract]:The abuse of antibiotics leads to the production of resistance genes in the environment, which are difficult to control and eliminate once they are formed. At present, resistance genes are widely detected in the water environment, spread rapidly, the pollution situation is serious, which poses a great threat to ecosystem and human health. In this paper, the advances in removing resistant genes in water environment are reviewed, and the disinfection techniques (including ultraviolet disinfection and chlorination disinfection) and advanced oxidation techniques (including Fenton oxidation) are discussed in detail. The effects of photocatalytic oxidation and ozone oxidation) and constructed wetland on removal of resistance genes in water were pointed out, the advantages and limitations of each technology were pointed out, and the existing problems and solutions were analyzed. It provides scientific basis and reference for further research and practical application in this direction.
