肺浸润性腺癌中肿瘤易感基因101和上皮型黏附蛋白的表达

【摘要】：目的检测肺浸润性腺癌中肿瘤易感基因(TSG)101和上皮型黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)的表达,探讨二者关系及意义。方法确诊为肺腺癌的术后标本68例作为观察组,选择距肿瘤边缘3 cm的正常肺组织18例作为对照组,均留取术后石蜡包埋的组织,应用免疫组化SP法检测两组中TSG101和E-cadherin的表达。结果两组中TSG101和E-cadherin表达的阳性率差异有统计学意义(P0.01),两组中TSG101和E-cadherin表达的阳性率与肿瘤的淋巴结转移密切相关(P0.05),TSG101的表达与肿瘤的分化程度相关(P0.05),E-cadherin的表达与肿瘤的胸膜累犯密切相关(P0.05)。二者均与患者的性别、年龄无关(P0.05)。线性相关分析显示二者在观察组中的表达无相关性(P0.05)。结论 TSG101和Ecadherin在肺腺癌中异常表达可以促进肿瘤的形成和进展。TSG101和E-cadherin无明显的协同作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of tumor susceptibility gene (TSG) 101 and epithelial adhesion protein (E-cadherin) in invasive lung adenocarcinoma. Methods Sixty-eight cases of postoperative lung adenocarcinoma were selected as observation group and 18 cases of normal lung tissue 3 cm from the margin of the tumor as control group. The paraffin-embedded tissues were collected and the expression of TSG101 and E-cadherin in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results the positive rates of TSG101 and E-cadherin in the two groups were significantly different (P0.01). The positive rates of TSG101 and E-cadherin in the two groups were closely related to the lymph node metastasis of the tumor (P0.05), the expression of TSG101 was correlated with the degree of differentiation of the tumor (P0.05), and the expression of E-cadherin was related to the tumor (P0.05). Pleural recidivist was closely related (P0.05). Both were not related to gender and age (P0.05). Linear correlation analysis showed that there was no correlation between them in the observation group (P0.05). Conclusion abnormal expression of TSG101 and Ecadherin in lung adenocarcinoma can promote tumor formation and progression, but TSG101 and E-cadherin have no synergistic effect.
