昆明市区虎皮鹦鹉源大肠杆菌毒力基因及耐药基因的流行病学特征

【摘要】:为研究大肠杆菌毒力基因和耐药基因的流行病学特征对大肠杆菌病的防控,从昆明市花鸟市场采集虎皮鹦鹉粪样,从中分离鉴定大肠杆菌,并对12种毒力基因及22种耐药基因的携带情况进行了检测。结果从虎皮鹦鹉粪样中共分离鉴定出47株大肠杆菌;feoB、traT、fimA基因携带率都为100%;不携带cvaC基因。41.67%的毒力基因检出率在50%以上。对耐药基因而言,除氨基糖苷类药物的aac(3)-Ia基因、β-内酰胺类药物的OXA、SHV基因未检出外,其余耐药基因均呈阳性。试验结果可为虎皮鹦鹉大肠杆菌病的预防提供理论支持和实践借鉴。
[Abstract]:In order to study the epidemiological characteristics of virulence gene and drug resistance gene of Escherichia coli and control of Escherichia coli disease, the feces of the parrot were collected from the flower and bird market of Kunming City, and the Escherichia coli was isolated and identified. 12 virulence genes and 22 drug resistance genes were detected. Results 47 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated and identified from the fecal samples of the parrot, the rate of carrying feoB,traT,fimA gene was 100%, and the detection rate of virulence gene without cvaC gene was more than 50%. For drug resistance genes, except the aac (3)-Ia gene of aminoglycoside drugs and the OXA,SHV gene of 尾-lactam drugs, the other resistant genes were positive. The results can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the prevention of colibacillosis.
