鸡GM-CSF基因对传染性法氏囊病病毒VP2 DNA疫苗的免疫调节作用

【摘要】:为了探讨鸡粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)基因对鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)VP2 DNA疫苗诱导的免疫反应的影响,将pTriEx-4-VP2-GM-CSF质粒免疫SPF鸡,加强免疫2周后,进行IBDV强毒攻击,检测机体免疫相关指标。结果表明:鸡GM-CSF基因能够增强VP2 DNA疫苗诱导的特异性免疫反应,影响细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10的表达水平,对外周血淋巴细胞的增殖没有显著影响。这一结果提示鸡GM-CSF基因对IBDV VP2 DNA疫苗具有一定的免疫调节作用。
[Abstract]:To investigate the effect of granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) gene on immune response induced by (IBDV) VP2 DNA vaccine of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV), pTriEx-4-VP2-GM-CSF plasmid was immunized with SPF chicken. After 2 weeks of intensified immunization, the IBDV virulent attack was carried out, and the immune-related indexes were detected. The results showed that the chicken GM-CSF gene could enhance the specific immune response induced by VP2 DNA vaccine and affect the expression of cytokines TNF- 伪, IFN- 纬 and IL-2,IL-4,IL-5,IL-6,IL-10. There was no significant effect on the proliferation of peripheral blood lymphocytes. These results suggest that chicken GM-CSF gene has some immunomodulatory effect on IBDV VP2 DNA vaccine.
