2015年黑龙江省猪流行性腹泻病毒ORF3和S1基因的遗传变异分析

【摘要】:为了解黑龙江省猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)流行现状及遗传进化情况,试验利用RT-PCR方法对2015年在黑龙江省采集的35份PEDV阳性病料进行检测,针对PEDV ORF3和S1基因进行扩增及测序,并对其进行遗传进化分析。结果表明:ORF3基因和S1基因的核苷酸同源性分别为98.8%~100%和96.6%~100%,其中HLJ2015/DP1-1毒株与经典毒株CV777相比,S1基因在1 130~1 141 bp之间有12个核苷酸缺失;S1基因系统进化树分析显示,PEDV S1基因分为GⅠ群和GⅡ群,此次试验鉴定的PEDV毒株属于GⅡ群的non S-INDEL型毒株。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the epidemic status and genetic evolution of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) in Heilongjiang Province, 35 samples of PEDV positive venereal diseases collected in Heilongjiang Province in 2015 were detected by RT-PCR method. PEDV ORF3 and S1 genes were amplified and sequenced, and their genetic evolution was analyzed. The results showed that the nucleotide homology of ORF3 gene and S1 gene were 98.8% and 96.6%, respectively. Compared with classical strain CV777, S1 gene had 12 nucleotide deletions between HLJ2015/DP1-1 strain and classical strain CV777.
