水曲柳FmSOC1基因烟草中遗传转化

【摘要】:为研究水曲柳SOC1基因对植物开花的调控功能,将水曲柳SOC1基因通过农杆菌介导法转入模式植物烟草中。利用PCR及Southern杂交法检测,结果有10株被确定为转基因植株。利用RT-PCR法对5株转基因烟草进一步分析表明,SOC1基因在3株烟草中表达。表型分析表明,转基因烟草植株生长较快,叶片窄小,开花时间提前。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of SOC1 gene of Fraxinus mandshurica on flowering of plants, the SOC1 gene of Fraxinus mandshurica was transferred into tobacco by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Ten transgenic plants were identified by PCR and Southern hybridization. Further analysis of 5 transgenic tobacco plants by RT-PCR method showed that SOC1 gene was expressed in 3 tobacco plants. Phenotypic analysis showed that transgenic tobacco plants grew faster, their leaves were narrow and flowered earlier.
