pre-miR-27a基因rs895819多态性与大肠癌易感性的Meta分析
[Abstract]:Aim in recent years, the relationship between rs895819 polymorphism of pre-miR-27a gene and susceptibility to colorectal cancer is increasing, but the conclusions are not consistent. In this study, we evaluated the relationship between rs895819 polymorphism of pre-miR-27a gene and susceptibility to colorectal cancer from the point of view of evidence-based medicine. Methods A case-control study on the relationship between rs895819 polymorphism of pre-miR-27a gene and the risk of colorectal cancer was carried out by searching PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBASE database, China knowledge website database and Wanfang database. Search time 1998 / 01 / 2015 / 11 / 01. According to the criteria of literature inclusion and exclusion, the relevant documents were screened, the basic data information was extracted and the literature quality was evaluated. The combined OR value and 95% CI were calculated by Meta analysis with Stata 12.0 software, and further subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis were performed. Results six case-control studies (including 2 025 colorectal cancer patients and 2 320 non-tumor controls) were included. Meta-analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between pre-miR-27a gene rs895819 polymorphism and colorectal cancer risk. Gvs A / OR 1.18, 95% CI 1.08 / 1.30; The GG vs AA/AG:OR=1.52,95%CI=1.26~1.97;GG vs AA:OR=1.53,95%CI=1.26~1.86, P values were 0.05. The results of subgroup analysis showed that there were similar conclusions in Asian population, Gvs A / A OR 1.21, 95% CI 1.09 / 1.35 AG / GGvs AA:OR=1.15,95%CI=1.00~1.32;GG vs AA/AG:OR=1.57,95%CI=1.27~1.93; The GG vs AA:OR=1.59,95%CI=1.27~1.98, P values were 0.05. Conclusion rs895819 polymorphism of pre-miR-27a gene is associated with susceptibility to colorectal cancer, and GG genotype may increase the risk of colorectal cancer.
