沙门菌减毒疫苗候选基因的研究进展

【摘要】:减毒沙门菌活疫苗比灭活疫苗和亚单位疫苗优越,不仅能诱导强烈的体液免疫反应、黏膜免疫反应和细胞免疫反应,还可用作疫苗载体。利用现代基因工程技术构建减毒沙门菌活疫苗需要平衡减毒沙门菌毒力及其免疫原性,因此其候选基因的选择至关重要。文章概括地阐述了沙门菌减毒疫苗候选基因的研究进展,为将来新疫苗的研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:Live attenuated Salmonella vaccine is superior to inactivated vaccine and subunit vaccine. It not only can induce strong humoral immune response, mucosal immune response and cellular immune response, but also can be used as vaccine carrier. It is necessary to balance the virulence and immunogenicity of attenuated Salmonella to construct live attenuated Salmonella vaccine by modern genetic engineering technology, so the selection of candidate genes is very important. In this paper, the research progress of candidate genes for attenuated Salmonella vaccine is summarized, which provides reference for the future research of new vaccines.
