TLR4基因多态性与食管癌遗传易感性关系的研究

目的Toll样受体4(TLR4)是先天性免疫和获得性免疫中的关键调控因子,与多种癌症发生发展相关,但关于TLR4基因多态性与食管癌易感性之间的关系少见报道。本研究旨在探讨TLR4基因单核苷酸多态性(Single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)对中国人群食管癌发病风险的影响,筛选食管癌潜在的易感性生物标志物。方法研究采用病例对照的方法,收集了480例食管癌患者标本作为病例组,480例同期健康体检者标本作为对照组。经过对数据库进行分析,筛选出TLR4(rs1927914,rs11536891,rs7873784)3个SNPs作为研究靶点。分别采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism,PCR-RFLP)技术和Taqman探针法进行基因分型。用χ2检验比较性别、年龄和吸烟状况等相关因素的分布差异;用非条件Logistic回归模型计算OR值及95%可信区间,以评价3个SNPs基因突变与食管癌发病风险的关系。结果对比T...
