基于扎根理论的煤矿安全事故致因分析

【摘要】:为了深入分析煤矿安全事故致因,探求煤矿事故发生机理,预防和减少煤矿事故的发生,采用扎根理论的质性分析方法,借助Nvivo质性分析软件对67份煤矿事故调查报告进行分析,最后提取出政府及其他干预者失衡,企业管理缺陷,员工的不安全行为和物的不安全状态3个层次致因,构建事故致因模型。分析结果表明不同类型事故发生的主要原因不同,从社会干预和技术控制两方面入手,对不同层次事故致因采取针对性措施可以显著提高煤矿安全管理水平。
[Abstract]:In order to deeply analyze the causes of coal mine safety accidents, explore the mechanism of coal mine accidents, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of coal mine accidents, a qualitative analysis method based on rooted theory is adopted.With the help of Nvivo qualitative analysis software, 67 coal mine accident investigation reports were analyzed. Finally, the causes of government and other interventionist imbalance, enterprise management defects, unsafe behavior of employees and unsafe state of objects were extracted.Build the accident cause model.The results show that the main causes of different types of accidents are different. Starting from the two aspects of social intervention and technical control, taking targeted measures to cause accidents at different levels can significantly improve the level of safety management in coal mines.
