基于测斜监测技术的钻孔质量分析及对策研究

【摘要】:为了准确掌握深部岩体钻孔的偏斜情况。采用现场测试和理论分析的方法,以新疆伽师铜矿项目为依托,借助EXCEL编辑校正平均角法公式,处理现场实测数据,利用CAD绘制钻孔倾斜平面图及纵断面透视图,分析深部钻孔质量并提出相应的对策。研究表明:现场采用KXP-2D小孔径罗盘测斜仪进行钻孔测斜,可测得较为准确的数据。由于矿体自身稳定性差,钻孔深度较深,导致钻孔偏斜角度较大,且钻孔偏斜角随着钻孔深度的增加不断增大,钻孔深度超过25m,钻孔底部出现塌孔的现象,其中5排和6排的钻孔钻进围岩中,影响钻孔的质量。因此,对于钻孔钻进围岩的矿体,按照潜孔凿岩爆破法开采,对于在矿体内的钻孔采用VCR法,以满足采矿过程中安全性和经济性的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately understand the deflection of deep rock drilling. Based on the project of Jiashi Copper Mine in Xinjiang, this paper adopts the method of field test and theoretical analysis, with the help of EXCEL to edit the formula of correction average angle, to deal with the field measured data, and to use CAD to draw the borehole inclined plane map and the vertical section perspective view. The quality of deep drilling is analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The results show that the KXP-2D small aperture compass inclinometer can be used to measure the deviation of borehole and obtain more accurate data. Because of the poor stability of the orebody itself and the deep depth of the borehole, the borehole deflection angle is larger, and the borehole deflection angle increases with the increase of the borehole depth, the borehole depth exceeds 25m, and the hole collapses at the bottom of the borehole. Among them, 5 rows and 6 rows of boreholes are drilled into surrounding rock, which affects the quality of drilling. Therefore, in order to meet the requirements of safety and economy in mining process, VCR method is used for drilling in the surrounding rock, and for drilling in the body of the mine, according to the method of downhole drilling and blasting.
