矿用梭车输送减速器的研制

【摘要】:梭车输送系统中的蜗轮蜗杆减速器存在发热大、效率低、磨损明显等问题。基于此,通过对该车输送系统功率谱测试,合理的匹配减速器参数与输送系统特性,并进行大功率密度行星减速器及高速行星传动的设计研究,研制出一款高效行星减速器替代原蜗轮蜗杆减速器,经过工业性试验表明可有效满足该矿用运煤车重载运输的工况要求。
[Abstract]:The worm gear and worm reducer in shuttle conveying system has many problems, such as high heating, low efficiency and obvious wear and tear. Based on this, the parameters of the reducer and the characteristics of the conveying system are reasonably matched by the power spectrum test of the conveying system of the vehicle, and the design of the high power density planetary reducer and the high speed planetary transmission is studied. A new type of high efficiency planetary reducer has been developed to replace the original worm gear reducer. The industrial test shows that it can effectively meet the requirements of heavy load transportation of the mine coal conveyer.
