红庆梁煤矿软岩巷道穿越断层破碎带加固支护技术

【摘要】:断层地质灾害是软岩巷道建设中需要考虑的重要问题之一。以红庆梁煤矿软岩巷道迎头遭遇断层破碎带为研究对象,通过超前地质预报判定断层特征,针对断层围岩破坏机理进行深入研究,提出了"预注浆+变截面+超前管棚+‘锚+网+索+喷+架+复喷’"的综合加固支护技术;运用FLAC~(3D)对软岩巷道围岩变形特征及支护结构受力情况进行数值模拟,验证了此综合加固支护技术的可行性。工程实践中监测结果表明:该加固支护效果良好,保障了断层软岩巷道的安全稳定。此创新性成果直接指导红庆梁煤矿成功穿越几十余处断层,并为西部矿山建设穿越断层破碎带提供参考。
[Abstract]:Fault geological hazard is one of the important problems in soft rock roadway construction. Taking the soft rock roadway of Hongqingliang coal mine as the research object, the fracture characteristics of soft rock roadway in Hongqingliang coal mine are determined by the advanced geological prediction, and the failure mechanism of the surrounding rock of the fault is deeply studied. This paper puts forward the comprehensive reinforcement and support technology of "pre-grouting variable cross section advance pipe shed 'anchor, mesh and cable spray frame respray'". FLAC~ (3D) is used to simulate the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and the stress of supporting structure in soft rock roadway, which verifies the feasibility of the comprehensive reinforcement and support technology. The monitoring results in engineering practice show that the reinforcement and supporting effect is good and the safety and stability of soft rock roadway with fault are guaranteed. This innovative achievement directly guides Hongqingliang Coal Mine to successfully cross dozens of faults and provides a reference for the construction of the west mine to cross the fault fracture zone.
