王家岭煤矿厚煤层大断面切眼锚网支护技术研究

【摘要】:王家岭煤矿20106工作面切眼具有设计断面尺寸大,煤岩复合顶板,支护难度大的特点,支护方式严重制约了巷道掘进速度。本文以王家岭煤矿20106工作面切眼为工程背景,采用现场调研、实验研究、理论分析、数值模拟与工业性试验相结合的研究方法,系统地研究了厚煤层大断面切眼的支护技术。通过现场调研和实验测试,掌握了工作面切眼的赋存条件和典型煤岩体的力学参数,分析了切眼围岩变形影响因素,建立了顶板及帮部力学模型,并进行开切眼物理相似模拟,分析大断面切眼围岩变形机理,掌握围岩变形破坏特征,提出了厚煤层大断面切眼围岩控制技术关键,确定20106工作面切眼采用“锚杆+网+锚索”联合支护方式,依据极限平衡理论设计支护参数,采用FLAC3D模拟分析不同支护方案的围岩控制效果,确定最优方案。工业性试验结果表明,支护方案可有效的控制切眼的围岩变形,并显著提高了切眼掘进速度,取得了良好的社会经济效益,可为王家岭煤矿和其他相似条件煤矿的大断面煤巷支护设计提供借鉴参考。
[Abstract]:The cutting hole of 20106 working face of Wangjialing Coal Mine has the characteristics of large design cross-section size, coal-rock composite roof and difficult support. The supporting method seriously restricts the speed of tunnel excavation. Taking the 20106 face of Wangjialing Coal Mine as the engineering background, this paper systematically studies the supporting technology of large cross-section cut in thick coal seam by means of field investigation, experimental research, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and industrial test. Through on-the-spot investigation and experimental test, the paper grasps the existing conditions and mechanical parameters of typical coal and rock mass, analyzes the influencing factors of deformation of surrounding rock of cut hole, establishes the mechanical model of roof and support, and simulates the physical similarity of opening hole. Based on the analysis of the deformation mechanism of the surrounding rock with large cross-section cut, the characteristics of deformation and failure of the surrounding rock are grasped, the key technology for controlling the surrounding rock of the large-section cut-hole in thick coal seam is put forward. According to the limit equilibrium theory, the supporting parameters are designed, and the control effect of surrounding rock of different supporting schemes is simulated and analyzed by FLAC3D, and the optimal scheme is determined. The industrial test results show that the supporting scheme can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the cut-hole, and significantly increase the speed of the cut-hole excavation and obtain good social and economic benefits. It can provide reference for the support design of large section coal roadway in Wangjialing Coal Mine and other similar coal mines.
