基于模型驱动的带式输送机变频调速控制系统

【摘要】:近几年来,由于国外煤炭的大量进口、空气污染以及新能源的快速发展等因素的影响,煤炭市场变得愈发的不景气,煤炭企业正面临着前所未有的挑战。在这种环境下,节能高效对煤矿企业的生存发展显得尤为重要,带式输送机承担着煤矿地面和井下运输煤炭的重要任务,是煤矿生产能够稳定运行的重要保证,在煤炭实际运输过程中,因为采煤面地质的变化和输送过程中的一些故障等因素,经常出现来煤量很少,甚至皮带空载的情况,而输送机仍旧按照最大载运量恒速运行,导致了电能的大量浪费,给企业带来不必要的经济负担。本文对中煤平朔某煤矿原煤区皮带运输系统提出变频调速的节能控制方案,即皮带速度可以随着运煤量的变化而变化,实现动态节能控制。首先分析了带式输送机采取软起动的必要性,给出了优化后的“S”形起动曲线,又分析了影响带式输送机功率的主要因素,然后提出带式输送机自动节能控制方案,给出了皮带速度与运煤量相匹配的调速曲线,对控制系统的硬件和软件进行配置之后,利用Matlab对所建立的带式输送机数学模型进行了节能控制系统的仿真,采用二自由度模型驱动PID控制策略来保证控制系统的精确、稳定。该系统在升级改造为变频调速驱动后,系统连续正常运行的时间大大增长,同时也改变了其他驱动方式下带速不可调节的弊端。本文的研究对当前不景气的煤炭企业具有重大经济意义,同时也响应了国家提倡的节能减排方针政策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the influence of a large number of foreign coal imports, air pollution and the rapid development of new energy, the coal market has become more and more depressed, coal enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. In this environment, energy saving and high efficiency is particularly important to the survival and development of coal mining enterprises. Belt conveyor undertakes the important task of transporting coal on the ground and underground of coal mine, which is an important guarantee for the stable operation of coal mine production. In the actual transportation process of coal, because of the change of mining surface geology and some faults in the transportation process, the amount of coal coming from coal is very small, even the situation of belt empty load. However, the conveyor still runs at a constant speed according to the maximum load, which leads to a large amount of waste of electric energy and brings unnecessary economic burden to the enterprise. In this paper, the energy saving control scheme of variable frequency speed regulation for belt transportation system in a coal mine of Pingshuo Coal Mine is put forward, that is, the belt speed can change with the change of coal transportation volume, and the dynamic energy saving control can be realized. This paper first analyzes the necessity of soft starting of belt conveyor, gives the optimized "S" starting curve, and then analyzes the main factors affecting the power of belt conveyor, then puts forward the automatic energy saving control scheme of belt conveyor, gives the speed regulation curve of matching belt speed and coal carrying capacity, and after configuring the hardware and software of the control system, The mathematical model of belt conveyor is simulated by Matlab, and the PID control strategy driven by two-degree-of-freedom model is used to ensure the accuracy and stability of the control system. After the system is upgraded to variable frequency speed regulation drive, the continuous normal operation time of the system increases greatly, and at the same time, it also changes the malpractice that the belt speed can not be adjusted under other driving modes. The research in this paper is of great economic significance to the depressed coal enterprises, and also responds to the principles and policies of energy conservation and emission reduction advocated by the state.
