三孔定向爆破作用下的空孔效应实验研究

【摘要】:为得到三孔定向爆破作用下空孔对爆生主裂纹扩展过程的影响规律,采用动态焦散线法进行实验,研究了不含空孔和含空孔情况下爆生裂纹的动态应力强度因子、扩展轨迹及扩展速度的变化规律。研究结果表明:空孔对爆生裂纹扩展轨迹的导向作用十分明显。无空孔时,爆生裂纹的扩展速度震荡幅度较大;有空孔时,爆生裂纹的扩展速度震荡幅度较小。无空孔时,三条爆生裂纹在相互贯通之前,裂尖的动态应力强度因子会突然增大,然后迅速下降;有空孔时,爆生裂纹与空孔贯通前,其动态应力强度因子则稳定在一定范围内震荡。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain three directional blasting under the influence of empty hole blasting main crack propagation process, using dynamic caustics method, studied the dynamic without empty holes and with empty hole under the condition of blasting crack stress intensity factor, variation of growth trajectory and the pace of expansion. The results show that: empty the guiding role of blasting holes on the crack growth path is very obvious. No empty hole, crack propagation velocity of detonation shock greatly; empty hole, crack propagation velocity of detonation shock amplitude is smaller. Without empty holes, three crack in the hole before the crack tip dynamic stress the strength factor will suddenly increase, and then decreased rapidly; empty hole, blasting empty hole and crack coalescence, the dynamic stress intensity factor is a stable shock in a certain range.
