大直径非金属高速圆盘三维流场的数值模拟(英文)

【摘要】:由空气动力学问题引起的大直径非金属高速圆盘的变形和破裂问题,不仅直接影响了操作频率检测系统的可靠性,同时也引起圆盘破裂并威胁到人身安全。在气动热环境中建立了空气流场的有限元模型,从而奠定了基于流固耦合方法的数值模拟分析基础,指出了不同参数(速度、圆盘大小和厚度、托盘直径、装置外壁的尺寸)影响下的最大变形量的影响规律。
[Abstract]:The deformation and rupture of large diameter non-metallic high-speed disk caused by aerodynamic problems not only directly affect the reliability of the operating frequency detection system. The finite element model of air flow field is established in aerodynamic thermal environment, which lays the foundation of numerical simulation and analysis based on fluid-solid coupling method, and points out different parameters (velocity, velocity, velocity). The maximum deformation under the influence of disc size and thickness, tray diameter and the size of the outer wall of the device.
