球形爆炸容器应变增长现象的极限情况

【摘要】:应变增长现象威胁容器安全,研究应变增长现象的极限情况对爆炸容器的安全应用非常重要。本文中开展了球形容器爆炸加载实验,获得了应变增长系数达到6.1的应变数据,并利用数值模拟分析球壳弹性变形范围内振动模态叠加形成的应变增长现象的极限情况。研究表明:(1)应变增长现象符合几何相似律,影响应变增长的因素包括扰动源类型、扰动源半径与球壳半径之比、球壳厚度与球壳半径之比、第一个应变峰等,其中扰动源参数是主要影响因素。(2)当扰动源位移被完全约束、扰动源半径等于球壳半径时,球壳上可能的应变增长系数接近12。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of strain growth threatens the safety of the vessel. It is very important to study the limit of the phenomenon of strain growth for the safe application of explosive vessel. In this paper, the experimental results of explosion loading of spherical vessels are carried out, and the strain data with strain growth coefficient of 6.1 are obtained, and the limit of strain growth phenomenon caused by the superposition of vibration modes in the elastic deformation range of spherical shells is analyzed by numerical simulation. The results show that the strain growth conforms to the geometric similarity law. The factors influencing the strain growth include the type of disturbance source, the ratio of the radius of disturbance source to the radius of the spherical shell, the ratio of the thickness of the spherical shell to the radius of the spherical shell, the first strain peak, etc. The disturbance source parameter is the main influencing factor.) when the disturbance source displacement is completely constrained and the perturbation source radius is equal to the spherical shell radius, the possible strain growth coefficient on the spherical shell is close to 12.
