不同界面形式的粘接结构中纵波的反射与透射

【摘要】:鉴于处于不同界面形式的多层粘接结构中波传播问题的描述非常复杂,在将粘接薄层假定为具有松弛时间τ的黏弹性体的情况下,推导了平面纵波入射时板状粘接结构中含有无量纲参数ωτ的纵波和横波的反射与透射系数表达式.将该方法应用于铝-环氧树脂-聚苯乙烯结构并与已有结果进行比较,证实了利用对ωτ赋值表征界面状态的可行性;以钢-环氧树脂-钢粘接结构为例,研究了入射角度和频厚积的变化对声波反射与透射特性的影响.结果表明:当纵波垂直入射时,若粘接界面为完好或滑移连接,纵波的反射和透射系数曲线会产生周期性谐振;当倾斜入射时,在特定频厚积下,采用纵、横波的反射或透射系数法可有效辨别界面形式;为实验采用超声波检测粘接结构提供了理论依据.
[Abstract]:In view of the complexity of the description of wave propagation in multilayer bonding structures with different interfacial forms, the bonding thin layer is assumed to be a viscoelastic body with relaxation time 蟿. The expressions of reflection and transmission coefficients of P-wave and S-wave with dimensionless parameter 蠅 蟿 in the plate bonded structure are derived when the plane longitudinal wave is incident. The method has been applied to aluminum-epoxy resin polystyrene structure and compared with the existing results. It is proved that it is feasible to use 蠅 蟿 to characterize the interface state, and to take the steel epoxy resin steel bonding structure as an example, The influence of incident angle and frequency thickness product on the reflection and transmission characteristics of acoustic wave is studied. The results show that the reflection and transmission coefficient curves of the longitudinal wave will produce periodic resonance when the longitudinal wave is perpendicular to the incident, if the bonding interface is intact or slip, and when the incident is tilted, the longitudinal wave will be used under the specific product of frequency thickness. The reflection or transmission coefficient method of shear wave can effectively distinguish the interface form, which provides a theoretical basis for ultrasonic testing of bonding structure.
