我国微细气泡技术发展综述

【摘要】:微细气泡有很多优异性能,如比表面积大、停留时间长、界面ζ电位高、自身增压溶解、产生自由基、强化传质效率等,目前在国内外得到广泛应用.我国在胶片制作、医学、浮选、污水处理、采油及冶金工业等方面也有应用,特别是将微气泡用于强化钒渣氧化浸出,在常压反应条件下钒和铬的转化率可分别达90%和85%以上,并已成功用于万吨级全湿法钒渣清洁生产示范工程.与发达国家相比,我国的微细气泡技术缺乏系统性,微细气泡发生器的研发和生产仍是薄弱环节.建议有关组织建立相应的学/协会或工作委员会,以有效推动微细气泡技术在我国的研发和应用,助力中国制造业升级.对国际微细气泡技术及标准化工作也作了简单介绍.
[Abstract]:Micro bubbles have many excellent properties, such as large specific surface area, long residence time, high Zeta potential, self-pressurized dissolution, free radical production, enhanced mass transfer efficiency and so on, which have been widely used at home and abroad. There are also applications in film production, medicine, flotation, sewage treatment, oil extraction and metallurgical industry in China, especially in the application of microbubbles to enhance oxidation leaching of vanadium slag. The conversion rates of vanadium and chromium can reach more than 90% and 85% respectively under the atmospheric pressure reaction conditions, and have been successfully used in the demonstration project of clean production of ten thousand tonnage total wet process vanadium slag. Compared with the developed countries, the micro bubble technology in our country is lack of systematization, and the research and production of the micro bubble generator is still weak. It is suggested that relevant organizations should set up corresponding science / association or working committee in order to effectively promote the research and application of micro bubble technology in China and help the upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry. The international fine bubble technology and standardization work are also briefly introduced.
