汇聚型超高速发射装置的发射腔计算设计

【摘要】:使用多介质流体高精度计算程序(MFPPM,Multi-Fluid Piecewise Parabolic Method)对汇聚型超高速发射装置的发射腔进行了计算设计。根据发射腔角度的不同,提出了3种改进的发射腔结构,计算研究了发射腔角度和TPX厚度对二级飞片速度、速度差异和击靶位置平面性的影响。计算结果表明:在3种TPX厚度以及击靶位置下,使用第2种发射腔结构发射出的二级飞片的平面性最好、速度最高、汇聚效果最强,但平面性范围最小,且二级飞片自由面速度差异变大,其平面性难以得到维持。
[Abstract]:The cavity of convergent ultra-high speed launcher is designed by using the program of high precision calculation of multi-medium fluid (MFPPM,Multi-Fluid Piecewise Parabolic Method). According to the different angles of the emission cavity, three kinds of improved cavity structures are proposed. The effects of the angle of the emission cavity and the thickness of the TPX on the velocity, velocity difference and flatness of the second order flyer are calculated and studied. The results show that under the three kinds of TPX thickness and target hitting position, the plane property of the second type of emission cavity is the best, the velocity is the highest, the convergence effect is the strongest, but the planarity range is the smallest. Moreover, the difference of free surface velocity of the second stage flyer becomes larger, and its planarity is difficult to be maintained.
