三组元栅格板的振动特性研究

【摘要】:依据声子晶体的局域共振机理提出了一种三组元板状周期栅格结构。利用有限元法分析计算了这种新型栅格结构的色散关系和特征模态的位移场。由能带结构图和振动传递的有限元仿真结果可知,栅格结构拥有多个方向的低频振动带隙。局域共振带隙是由行进波和振子的共振相互作用产生的。以第一个弯曲振动带隙为例,结构参数对带隙的影响可以用等效的质点弹簧系统模型来解释。这种三组元板状周期栅格结构有望应用于低频振动的隔振设计中。
[Abstract]:Based on the local resonance mechanism of phonon crystals, a three-component plate-like periodic grid structure is proposed. The dispersion relation and the displacement field of characteristic modes of this new grid structure are analyzed and calculated by finite element method (FEM). Based on the energy band structure diagram and the finite element simulation results of vibration transfer, it can be seen that the grid structure has low frequency vibration band gaps in multiple directions. The local resonant band gap is produced by the resonance interaction between traveling wave and oscillator. Taking the first bending vibration band gap as an example, the effect of structural parameters on the band gap can be explained by the equivalent particle spring system model. The three-component plate periodic grid structure is expected to be used in the vibration isolation design of low frequency vibration.
