错列不等直径双圆柱绕流特性数值研究

【摘要】:为研究低亚临界雷诺数Re情况下错列角度θ对不等直径双柱体绕流特性的影响,利用Fluent软件模拟了Re为3 900、间距比G/D为2.0、直径比D/d为0.5、θ=0°~180°之间9种角度的绕流过程,得到了流场涡量图、斯特鲁哈数St_1和St_2、平均阻力系数C_(d1)和C_(d2)以及平均升力系数C_(l1)和C_(l2)。研究结果表明,随着θ的从小到大,St_1先增大后减小,且在θ=30°和180°时有两个值,St_2在θ=120°~150°时明显小于其它角度;C_(d1)和C_(d2)的整体趋势都是先增大后减小,C_(l1)在θ=150°时取得极大值,C_(l2)在θ=30°时取得极小值。θ=0°时,两柱后方有单一涡脱落形态;θ=30°时,小柱后方有稳定漩涡脱落产生,大柱后方涡脱落受到干扰,且大柱有两个涡脱落频率;θ=45°~90°时,在间隙流的作用下,两柱后方均有漩涡脱落,尾流中有两列涡街;θ=120°~180°时,大柱后有稳定漩涡脱落,小柱涡脱落受到抑制。研究结果可为相关海洋工程设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of misalignment angle 胃 on the flow around two cylinders with different diameters in the case of low subcritical Reynolds number (Re), the Re is 3 900, the spacing ratio is 2.0, and the diameter ratio D is 0.5, using Fluent software to simulate the effect of 胃 on the flow around a two-cylinder body with different diameters in the case of low sub-critical Reynolds number. The vorticity diagram of the flow field, the average drag coefficients C _ (d _ 1) and C _ (d _ 2) of St_1 and St_2, and the average lift coefficients C _ (l _ 1) and C _ (L _ 2) of the flow field at 9 angles between 胃 = 0 掳~ 180 掳are obtained. The results show that with the increase of 胃, St_1 increases first and then decreases, and there are two values at 胃 = 30 掳and 180 掳. The St_2 is obviously smaller than other angles when 胃 = 120 掳~ 150 掳. The overall trend of C _ (d _ 1) and C _ (d2) is increasing first and then decreasing. C _ (l _ 1) reaches a maximum at 胃 = 150 掳, and C _ (l _ 2) reaches a minimum value at 胃 = 30 掳. When 胃 = 0 掳, there is a single vortex shedding form behind the two columns. When 胃 = 30 掳, there are steady vortex shedding behind the column, the vortex shedding behind the column is disturbed, and there are two vortex shedding frequencies in the column, when 胃 = 45 掳~ 90 掳, there are vortex shedding in the rear of the two columns and two vortex streets in the wake, when 胃 = 45 掳~ 90 掳, there is a vortex shedding in the rear of the two columns, and there are two vortex streets in the wake. When 胃 = 120 掳~ 180 掳, there are steady vortex shedding behind the large column, and the small column vortex shedding is restrained. The results can be used as reference for the design of marine engineering.
