中国低碳农业发展的动态演进及收敛性研究

【摘要】:利用DEA-Malmquist模型考察了我国30个省(市、区)1994~2012年的低碳农业发展水平,在此基础上,运用Kernel密度函数和经济增长收敛理论探讨了其动态演进与收敛性。结果表明:1)我国低碳农业发展水平省域差异明显,北京以绝对优势占据榜首,海南则处在最后一位;从增长源泉来看,农业前沿技术发挥了更为重要的作用,而技术效率改善所起到的作用相对较少。2)我国低碳农业生产率地区差距在样本考察期内缩小趋势较为明显。其中,农业技术效率经历了一个扩大、缩小、扩大的波动起伏过程,最终差距明显扩大;农业前沿技术进步则经历了一个扩大、大幅缩小、缩小的变化过程,最终地区差距明显缩小。3)总体而言,全国及东、中、部地区均不存在显著的σ收敛,但同时却存在显著的绝对β收敛与条件β收敛。
[Abstract]:The development level of low-carbon agriculture in 30 provinces (cities and districts) of China from 1994 to 2012 was investigated by using DEA-Malmquist model. The dynamic evolution and convergence of Kernel density function and economic growth convergence theory are discussed in this paper. The results show that there are obvious differences in the development level of low-carbon agriculture in different provinces in China, and Beijing occupies the top position by absolute advantage. Hainan is in the last place; From the source of growth, agricultural frontier technology has played a more important role. The technical efficiency improvement plays a relatively small role. 2) the regional gap of low carbon agricultural productivity in China is more obvious in the sample inspection period. Among them, the agricultural technical efficiency has experienced an expansion, narrowing. The fluctuation and fluctuation process of the expansion, the final gap is obviously enlarged; Agricultural frontier technological progress has experienced a process of expansion, significant reduction, narrowing of the change process, and the final regional gap significantly narrowed .3) overall, there is no significant 蟽 convergence in the whole country, in the east, in the middle, in the region. But there are significant absolute 尾 convergence and conditional 尾 convergence at the same time.
