不同用量生物炭对连作土壤改良及黄瓜生长的影响

【摘要】:以黄瓜为试材,采用桶栽的方法,研究了不同用量生物炭(按连作土壤质量比1%、3%、5%、7%、9%施入)对连作土壤性状、微生物数量及黄瓜生长的影响。结果表明:连作土壤施用适量的生物炭可以显著降低土壤容重和电导率,提高田间持水量,pH和速效钾含量,降低土壤真菌和尖孢镰刀菌数量,提高细菌和细菌/真菌比值,从而改善了黄瓜根区土壤微生态环境,促进了黄瓜生长和产量的提高。综合分析认为,施用5%用量较为适宜,在实际生产中可作为改良连作土壤的措施加以利用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, cucumber was used as test material to study the effects of different amounts of biochar on continuous cropping soil. The results showed that applying appropriate amount of biochar to continuous cropping soil could significantly reduce soil bulk density and electrical conductivity, increase soil water holding capacity, pH value and available potassium content, and decrease the number of soil fungi and Fusarium oxysporum. By increasing the ratio of bacteria to bacteria / fungi, the soil microecological environment of cucumber root zone was improved, and the growth and yield of cucumber were improved. It can be used as a measure to improve continuous cropping soil in actual production.
