基于加权Voronoi图的百色市右江区耕地布局优化研究

【摘要】:耕地是人类赖以生存的最基本的资源之一,是人类获取农产品基础条件。我国人口基数大,人均耕地占用低,保护耕地是我国粮食安全的重要战略。随着经济快速发展和城市化的推进,人地矛盾更为凸显。本研究将百色市右江区作为研究区域,右江区位于右江河谷平原与西北山区结合区域,地形复杂多样,耕地空间布局分异特征明显,随着右江河谷地区城镇化走廊带规划实施,右江区城镇化发展加速,在该地区地形条件下,人地矛盾显得尤为突出。在耕地后备资源少,可开发难度大情况下,对该地区提高对耕地空间价值的挖潜,提高耕地聚集程度,对推进现代化农业建设具有十分重要的意义。出于此,本研究以遥感解译土地利用现状数据,DEM高程数据及相关统计资料为数据基础结合景观指数,统计分析,Voronoi图集理论等方法,对右江区耕地斑块进行优化类型划分,利用加权Voronoi图对右江耕地进行空间布局优化,为土地利用规划、土地整理和耕地管理提供依据。主要研究结果如下:(1)通过对2009-2012年右江区耕地地类的构成耕地变化情况及变化途径分析,四年间,右江区耕地数量呈下降趋势,耕地数量下降局域主要分布在东南右江河谷平原地区,尤其是建设用地与交通廊道的建设区域,通过耕地开垦,农用地结构转变等增加的耕地主要分布在西北山区,耕地占补明显呈现重数量不重质量的情况。(2)通过景观格局指数及常规Voronoi图分析耕地分布特征,结果表明:由于山地地形影响,耕地大量集聚分布在河谷平原及山坳,狭窄河谷间,以及西北部溶蚀平原地区。耕地自然因素和人为因素导致的细碎化程度较高,斑块形状不规则,可优化空间较高。(3)在耕地布局与地形因素,交通,居民点等相关因素关系基础上,构建了耕地布局优势度评价体系,将右江区耕地划分为:重点保护型,适宜调整型,重点调控型和衰减退出型四种类型。通过生成耕地优势度加权Voronoi图,对整个研究区进行重新剖分,将耕地斑块优化类型与加权Voronoi图结合提出右江区耕地布局优化建议。
[Abstract]:Cultivated land is one of the most basic resources on which human beings depend for survival, and it is the basic condition for mankind to obtain agricultural products. China has a large population base and a low per capita occupation of cultivated land. The protection of cultivated land is an important strategy for food security in China. With the rapid development of economy and the development of urbanization, the contradiction between man and land has become more prominent. In this study, Youjiang District of Baise City is regarded as the research area. Youjiang District is located in the combination area of Youjiang River Valley Plain and Northwest Mountain area. The topography is complex and diverse, and the spatial distribution of cultivated land is distinct. With the implementation of planning for the urbanization corridor zone in Youjiang Valley, the urbanization of Youjiang District accelerates. Under the terrain condition of this area, the contradiction between man and land appears to be particularly prominent. In the case of less reserve resources of cultivated land and greater difficulty in exploitation, it is necessary to raise the potential value of cultivated land and increase the degree of cultivated land accumulation in this area. It is of great significance to promote the construction of modern agriculture. For this reason, based on remote sensing interpretation of land use status data and Dem elevation data and related statistical data, combined with landscape index, the paper analyzes the theory of Voronoi diagram, and so on. The optimal types of cultivated land patches in Youjiang region are divided, and the spatial distribution of cultivated land in Youjiang River is optimized by using weighted Voronoi map, which is the land use planning. The main results are as follows: 1) through the analysis of the change of cultivated land composition and the ways of change of cultivated land in Youjiang region from 2009-2012 to 2012, the amount of cultivated land in Youjiang region has been decreasing in the past four years. The decrease of cultivated land quantity is mainly distributed in the plain area of Youjiang River valley in southeast China, especially in the construction area of construction land and traffic corridor. The increase of cultivated land, such as cultivated land reclamation and agricultural land structure change, is mainly distributed in the northwest mountain area. The distribution characteristics of cultivated land were analyzed by landscape pattern index and conventional Voronoi map. The results showed that due to the influence of mountainous terrain, the cultivated land was concentrated and distributed in valley plain and mountain depression. The narrow valley and the northwest eroded plain area. The degree of fineness caused by natural and human factors of cultivated land is higher, and the shape of patch is irregular, which can optimize the space between cultivated land layout and topographic factors, traffic, etc. On the basis of the relationship between residential areas and other related factors, the evaluation system of the dominance degree of cultivated land layout is constructed. The cultivated land in Youjiang area is divided into three types: key protection type, suitable adjustment type, By generating the weighted Voronoi map of cultivated land dominance, the paper redivided the whole study area and put forward the suggestion of farmland layout optimization in Youjiang region by combining the optimal type of cultivated land patch with the weighted Voronoi map.
