3种海藻对无机盐和有机物水体中氨态盐净化效果比较

【摘要】:本研究为比较阐明大型海藻对无机盐和有机物水体中氨态盐净化效果比较,以2.15 mg/L氯化铵人工养殖污水及1.27 mg/L珍珠贝类排泄物养殖污水作为待处理污水,以密度6.5 g/L的针叶蕨藻(Caulerpa sertularioides)、长茎葡萄蕨藻(Caulerpa lentillifera)和细齿麒麟菜(Eucheuma denticulatum)分别进行净化处理,分析水体中氨态盐的浓度变化。研究结果表明:3种大型海藻对不同污染来源的氨态盐净化效果均良好;氯化铵人工养殖污水处理中,针叶蕨藻、长茎葡萄蕨藻、细齿麒麟菜对氨态盐的净化效率分别为97.29%、85.55%、67.3%,其中前两种藻之间存在显著差异(p0.05),与细齿麒麟菜之间存在极显著差异(p0.01);珍珠贝类排泄物养殖污水处理中,针叶蕨藻、长茎葡萄蕨藻、细齿麒麟菜对氨态盐的净化效率分别为96.64%、93.86%、70.94%,前两种藻与细齿麒麟菜间存在极显著差异,其两者之间存在差异性。因此,本研究结果将能为养殖污水生物处理工具的选择提供一定的理论指导。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the purifying effect of macroalgae on inorganic salt and ammonia salt in organic water, 2.15 mg/L ammonium chloride artificial culture wastewater and 1.27 mg/L pearl shellfish excreta were used as untreated sewage. Caulerpa sertularioidesus, Caulerpa lentillifera and Eucheuma denticulatum were treated with 6.5 g / L density. The concentration change of ammonia salt in water was analyzed. The results showed that three species of macroalgae were effective in purifying ammonia salt from different pollution sources. The purification efficiency of ammonia salt in Euchestrus tenuifolia was 97.29 and 85.550.There were significant differences between the first two species of algae, p0.05, and between the two species, and there was a very significant difference between the two species. The purification efficiency of ammonia salt in Euchestrus tenuifolia is 96.640.86860.94, respectively. There is a significant difference between the first two species of algae and Kirin, and there is a difference between them. The results of this study will provide some theoretical guidance for the selection of biological treatment tools for aquaculture wastewater.
